BIRDZ BITEZ is a mobile food service that specializes in indoor and outdoor catering. We provide exceptional customer service and delicious cuisine for a variety of events, including corporate events, private parties, turnaround meals, fundraisers, and church and school events. We specialize in authentic jerk chicken, slow-smoked ribs, stewed and smoked oxtails, and juicy brisket. Some of our mouthwatering sides are cucumber salad, dirty rice, and potato salad. We also offer at least a dozen other specialty items to ensure your guests have a memorable culinary experience.

We are YOUR FESTIVAL FOOD VENDOR SPECIALIST! We have experience with the high volume one- and multi-day festivals. We have a proven track record of delivering fresh hot food with a wait time of less than 5 minutes. We customize our menu to meet the needs of our clientele for each event. For example, we offer chicken plates, loaded corn, loaded fries, loaded nachos, loaded hot dogs, turkey legs, BBQ sandwiches, boudin, and sausage at most high-volume events. For small events such as local corporate Food Truck Fridays, we serve loaded salads, BBQ sandwiches, and loaded potatoes. Our toppings for our loaded items include jerk chicken, chopped beef, homemade chili, grilled chicken, and pulled pork.
